dropping amusing stories & non sequiturs in
between his wry,carefully observed songs".

a treat unto itself,not to be missed...ever!

fabulous venue...intimate and easy to navigate!our seats were upgraded to row h...because the sound board took up more space than imagined...yehaw!
the show started right on time with the large band on stage...16 of theeee most amazing musicians(but no lyle yet)and miss francine reed...IN THE HOUSE belting out "wild women"!she started in the back and worked her sassy way up to the stage(i want to be her in my next life!)then a lively tune, one i know and can't name to save my life, was played my the band, giving everyone a moment to shine on each of their instruments, leland sklar was there on bass(1st time with the large band on the road)...then out came lyle, very dashing in his dark suit and humble,handsome-in-his-own-way self!!!
tom & i joyously absorbed each note of the 3 hour show!
thanks for a great night!
