  2. pick up my paintbrush,gluestick & muse
  3. take a walk
  4. call a friend
  5. write a letter
  6. snap more pictures
  7. meditate
  8. place my unmanageable loved ones in G's hands
  9. visualize warmth
  10. take a nap
