features a 2 inch carved wooden button sewed onto camel
needle felted wool with machine stitching in gold all around.

scrap-o-rama
i have years and years of scraps of cool papers in a big,old
dresser.while i collect them,they collect dust.
i gathered a pile of the papers together and started
punching and cutting flower shapes,in an effort to
bring on spring and ended up with some pretty,
colorful little blossoms with non-allergenic brad stamens!

i have corey to thank for this fearless,rekindled
love of scrap and these way fabulous calling cards
that she designed and made for me!

easter past..
oh my goodness.what glorious and amazing,organized
chaos it was back in the day!
my mom found time (now i know it to be sanity) to make
each of us our easter outfits,year after year we were dressed
to the nines and made our way to church,then from one end of
town to the other to visit with both sides of the fam.
i am grateful to have even a speck of her talent and finesse...
and sanity.
i love you mom,a bushel and a peck!!!!!!!

i just listed 9 new felted pins here .
i am going to have trouble parting with a few of these,i
have added buttons from my "must keep 4-ever" stash...
buttons that i have protected and cherished for years.the
2 face buttons came from tender buttons in chicago,i have
wondered where on my work they might end up someday,
well here they are...take a look & here,too!
